Default Driftwood Project Update

So here I am about a year and 4 months after I started my Driftwood Project. I could not be happier I'm posting the first picture of what I started with and 4 months later and then 1 year later. The Lc Roseette Warland xx Choc Drop has several sheaths on it, the BC Maikai (keiki) is doing well and the Ctna Brandi Bloomed 6-09 with 3 spikes and has added another 3 spikes. Literally bloomed non stop. I have some Tillandsia that are really cool looking and the Den. Nina bloomed last year but not like what it's doing now. 5 spikes Yikes!!

I had so much fun doing this one I did another project earlier this year and will post that one next.

This guy gets misted each day when the automatic sprinkler comes on or however I set it and also gets whatever rain falls on it. It's inside on my pool enclosure on a tray with wheels making it easier to move if necessary. I fertilize everybody 1x a week with a hose sprayer. I can remember when I just had a few chids and a spray bottle took care of everybody...those days are gone but this is my retreat and I wouldn't trade it for the world.

I used pvc for just the sprinkler system. The other is wood hand rails about 1 1/2 inch. I painted them and hung them with chain so I can adjust when needed and also have extra chain that I use to stagger my mounts.

This picture has my old sprinkler system using funny pipe. I switched to the pvc a couple months ago and like it better. There are many more chids on that wall as of this date.

I love what you've done with your driftwood mount. It looks fantastic and all your plants look incredibly happy.
