Thought it might be interesting to see what people are putting there orchids in, not the usual stuff.
I'll start off, my Nanodes cutting area, I'm using aquatic live worm feeders we picked up in Japan a few years back. They are slotted at the bottom and suction cupped to the glass. The cuttings are growing at a good rate and seem to like there home.
I guess everyone could use a good laugh once in a while so here goes. I have no idea if lots of people have tried what I, with tongue in cheek, call a "sphagnum sandwich. It's nothing more than hardware cloth bent to make a 6" X 2' X1/2 - 1" thick "sandwich". I no longer participate in shows, so the only purpose of a mount is to provide a spot for blooming plants. The one pictured has 6 mini Catts, 3 on each side.
You know you could do that with Epi-Web pretty easily. It would not hold moisture as well but that could be a plus. Just hang the slab and plant on both sides. Although that would cost alot more.
