Does anyone have any suggestion on alternative to these?

Or alternative to hygrolon?

Both of these things are not common (inexistent) in Canada. Can I use kitchen sponge? Or pond filter? Genuinely asking.

I was unable to tell from the link what the Wabi-Kasa mat is.

Hygrolon is a polyester “3D Spacer fabric”. If you Google it, I’m sure you’ll find Canadian sellers.

Epiweb is the same stuff that rotary floor stripper pads are made from. I have also seen rolls of it sold for use as gutter guard.
