Love it... surgical operating room light.

Please tell me you don't make your poor significant other stand there in a surgical mask and slap instruments into your hand while you tend these?

And good eye OrchidTinkerer... never noticed all the outlets. Did you have those installed, or were they already there? As someone who lives in over a century year old house, outlets is a REAL issue around here! Sort of like closets.
