You can read how Alan Koch of Gold Country Orchids grows Den. cuthbertsonii in a greenhouse with temperatures sometimes over 40C / 104 F:
Alan Koch, Gold Country Orchids, DVOS 2017 02 16

His key is using very pure water for most waterings, and flushing with pure water a half hour after fertilizing. He told us Thursday of this week he just got an AM/AOS on a Den. cuthbertsonii.

I have a small criticism of the video. My hearing isn’t the best. I wish mike had been with him rather than next to videographer. Other than that, most interesting presentation.

It was recorded on a phone, so there would be no way to move the microphone.

I cranked up the audio on my PC (on the task bar), just had to remember to take it back down so that I didn't get blasted when the next email came in.
