Judi,
It is going great! It does require a bit more attention than just plugging in an electric and walking away, but we think the savings in electric is worth it.
Plus, I work from home and hubby is partially retired so we are around most of the time to monitor it.
The best part is that the heat is not a dry heat blowing around. The RMH is more of a radiant heat and the condensation creates a nice humid environment.
We are satisfied with it.
