Orchids to grow in a greenhouse during summer?

Hey,
I live in an assisted living facility that doubles as an organic farm (we have cows, chickens and sheep, but we also grow vegetables of various kinds), and I was just promised a spot of my own in one of our greenhouses - I'm ecstatic!

But I'd like to know if you have any suggestions as to what I could grow there? I plan on putting up a humidity tray if necessary, but otherwise, I'd like something that isn't all that hard to keep (I like to be around and care for my plants, but I don't want to fuss about extra lighting, etc). Anything with pink or purple blooms would be awesome, but as long as they're not dull-looking plants, I'll be happy.
