Fans pointed at orchids or ceiling?

Hey again,
I have a new question regarding fans. Should you have your fan point at your orchids or towards the ceil to just move some air? I have a pretty high humidity area. I think my orchids dry a little though if pointed at them. However, I don't know if there is enough movement around the orchids. It's a pretty strong fan and I could turn it to a higher setting. I just don't know what kind of air movement I need.
