Update on GH....
So I had to lower my frame a foot to please the HOA, but I'm getting everything how I want it. Just received my aluminet today also. All I need is some electric run and I can move everything in for the most part.

Really coming along. Won't that be nice come winter? How is it doing with all the rain we have had.? The large shade tree seems to be giving you good dapple shade for the summer. Good Job!
