I looked at these portable coolers when I was trying to make the decision on which swamp cooler to put in my greenhouse. I didn't buy this kind so I have no experience with them.
But I really can't see how they would do much good in a humid gh. They would be taking in the same air they are putting out.
I hope you get more responses from someone that has actually tried this kind of cooler.
The idea is to have such a cooler outside of the greenhouse, blowing in. I have seen them work in Houston, and you're not likely to outdo them for humidity.
That said, the device here is rated as being for up to 350 square feet, but that is 350 square feet of room in an insulated house in a very dry environment. A greenhouse in an area of relatively high humidity will require a lot more capacity.
Thats what i;m woundering about is the cooler going to work in a humid greenhouse or is there a site with evaps for smaller greenhouses. 10x12.
smaller space will be more easier to control, the temperture, humidity, if u have 65% humidity in summer, you don't need the cooler, a sprinkler will be fine, it is cheap.
I need some thing that might work a little better then that .On hot day right now i use a fan and a hose nozel on mist and put it in front of the fan and let the fan do the work but i.d rather have something that really cools the greenhouse.

I don't know about where you live, but here you can buy fans that blow a mist around automatically.....They use them in big marquees/functions even in front of shops etc..... Excellent cooling
