Default Oxallis on the floor

The floor of my greenhouse is sand. The oxallis grows like crazy. Does anyone have any tricks for getting rid of it other than getting down on my hands and knees and pulling it. I just finished pulling it all and I'm exhausted. Betty

If you can use Roundup it will help. This stuff is dfficult to control in a green house. It will take several treatments. But of course don't get it on the plants you want to keep.

I also keep a bottle of Roundup and a pack of Q-tips handy to "paint" any oxalis or other weeds growing in a pot. Kills them with no impact on the orchid (of course you will want to repot after the weed is dead, as their root systems can really choke out the roots of the orchid).

If you don't spray chemicals, you can harvest it for your salads. Oxalis is yummy.

Its always disheartening when you watch oxalis seed pods blow up and you know you're going to see them in another month.
