Doc, in the second picture, what is the plant in bud in the middle? The leaves look like the old "cast iron plant". lol

I knew I was going to see lots of BEAUTIFUL before I even clicked on your thread, Doc! I used to hate this time of year, (after the holidays and before Spring) but Phal. blooming season has changed my feelings on that!

Good Morning, Al. I believe you are asking about this guy.... it is my Lycaste. I was hoping the flowers would open without the brown spots on the petal tips but.......

Just for you, Al.... hope you're keeping warm. Your medusae has put out a new pseudo bulb.... I was hoping for more than just one but maybe as the days get longer and warmer...... I'd like to take a division and send the mother plant back to you so you can enjoy it again.....
