You can probably get everything you need at a local hardware store or Home Depot. If not, try an irrigation supply store, they usually know more and can be more helpful.
I have this sort of system in my greenhouse. I run the misters down the center, up high. They are in PVC (painted black to try and eliminate algea growth).
The actual watering is run along above each rack. For those I used irrigation tubing and sprinkler heads. I have a few different zones for watering, on different schedules.
Everything is run off an irrigation timer. It's a very basic model that I got at Home Depot here.
It has all worked pretty well for years now.

If you have more questions, I'll try to answer them, but it's really a different environment in greenhouse vs. outdoors, and I just know what has worked for me. Mechanically, though everything should function the same.
