Tap water is of good quality but we are currently in drought. So I do have a water tank where I collect water that falls on the house. But tap water here is mainly what I use and the quality is very good.
The shade house doesn't have guttering yet but I may install that later on, especially if the local council makes me....lol.
Shade cloth is secured using shade clips I buy from the hardware store. They are flat and rectangular and are hammered in like nails, I will take a photo and post it here so you can see what I mean.
