Do you live close to the golf course? We usually make an annual trip to Calif. and drive right by your turnoff. I thought it might be a nice place to retire but guess I will stay put and my GH is in and I don't want to start over. Good luck with your house. Betty

Hehe, glad to know I'm not the only one freezing my tuccus off. Pullman is so much colder than the west side of the Cascades.

Glad to see the greenhouse is coming along. That scenery shot was cool too. You're so lucky, even with that horrible chill. I'll be thinking of you when I'm back on the west side in warmer temperatures (at least slightly warmer).

It's been snowing on and off all day here and looks like it will be that way most of the week This weather is slowing me down Oh well its winter after all.

I'll take whatever I can get, even if it's just a few degrees warmer at home. I'm a freshman at WSU, studying horticulture. With windchill, tomorrow could be as low as -19 degrees!!!! I've never been in negative temps before. I'm pretty surprised that there has even been snow at home. Usually it doesn't snow there until January or February, and then it doesn't stay long. Well, unless you live up high, like my aunt. She's got 18" and 40 mph winds! It's supposed to snow more this week both in Pullman and at home!

Hopefully it won't snow on the way home! That's another thing that'll add some warmth, being HOME!!

I'm dreaming, of a white Christmas, just like the ones I've never known.

Ranchnanny, How are you holding up today? It's 15 and still snowing. last night the wind chill was -16. The GH is still a warm and toasty 60 degrees with a blanket of snow on top that I'm sure is helping insulate the house. Take care. Betty

Brrrrrrr!!! Mojomick I am doing alright its 7 degrees right now in Redmond, OR and snowing lightly. Won't be working outside today . Its supposed to be clear and sunny tomorrow but still very cold. I laid awake last night in bed thinking of all the things I have to do in the GH over and over again. I gotta get out there and feed the birds this morning .

Hope this ends soon.
