they die when you remove from greenhouse

i made a bunch of mini greenhouses out of 2 liter pop bottles to start my seeds,
well they reached the top of the bottle, so i tried to transplant a couple to the garden outside, within 3 days they died,
so i tried transplanting to a pot and leaving them in the house, but they still die within 3 days without the greenhouse environment,
anyone know why and how to fix this? thanks much for any help
