You want the structure to be as leak-free as possible - otherwise you'll see dollar bills flying out of the cracks and gaps.

Internal circulation fans will do the trick - they did for me for 35 years.

Orion - In Summer, I set the exhaust fan to come on around 80F. The evaporative cooler is on a timer and it comes on at 9am and turns off at 9pm. Spring and Fall I let the pump run only and use the exhaust fan to pull air through the pads at a controlled rate via a speed control dial, preventing big temperature swings. Since the cooler adds moisture to the air, I never run it on fan only. I should add that I disabled the intake shutters years ago. I found that there was enough air flow through the cooler. I have automatic backup power and a temperature alarm that calls when temps are out of range.
