This is an apartment dweller for the past 5 yrs hugging the center of my bathroom window and it blooms twice a year...this usually gives out a spectacular bloom of a dozen flowers; this time its only 8 flowers...but I cant complain: its got bigger blooms as it grows older...this gives off a faint scent of pines and lemons
