Hi Neon, I think with regular watering, your phal is going to do great. From the way, it has bent, I guess that it was facing the sun. Dont change its face away from the sun rather allow it in the same position. In a months time, the phal should do fine. If you havent repotted it since sometime, do it to have a check on the root system. Good Luck!
