I cleaned it out & re-potted it in same pot, wanted to remove damaged roots, it was one of those 'just add ice' orchids & i knew there would be a few roots that were damaged. I cut off the bad & repotted it using fresh Phalaenopsis mix from better-gro & some leca tablets.
