These three stalks were hanging out a pot in the way most of the time. Since the plant had several more stalks, when I repotted the plant I severed these off. I intended to just throw them away but though "Let's see what happens if I put them in some water in the kitchen?" As you can see they grew roots but are not happy that they have been left in the water for six months. But they are healthy enough that one stalk grew a small keiki.
