This is one of my more unusual orchids. I have had it for four or five years and it has done very well. It flowers several times a year with hundreds of tiny flowers (seems like it frequently flowers after rain). The flowers only last a few days, but the foliage is quite striking, with its flat chevron-like leaves. I hope it will eventually fill out completely in a big ball! The most unusual thing is it reblooms repeatedly out of the same flower nodes, and the spikes last for years.
