Default Keikis budding on D. Pierardii

Ok, so the D. Pierardii I received in the mail three weeks ago has at least two and maybe three keikis budding. I wasn't expecting them in early March. Should I be worried.

If they have roots, yes, those are keikiis. If there are no roots those might be flower spikes. The plant will be fine either way.

The reason I asked is because I understand that orchids that are distressed or dying often put out keikis, so I wondered whether the stress of shipping it or my action or inaction after it arrived might have been more than it could overcome. I guess time will tell.

This kind of Den puts out keikiis instead of flowers if it's fertilized too late in the summer, or if it's kept warm in the winter.

My Den. aphyllum is producing buds and keikis at the same time. Probably due to wrong culture given to the plant.
