Environmental change combined with it being on an older pseudobulb could be the cause. Maybe it got a little water in it and got too cool before it dried. The other leaf on the bulb might fall off too, but it really shouldn’t be anything to worry about as long as the other ones on the plant look good. I would just let it fall off, and make sure it’s getting enough water, light, and air movement. Not sure how long this little guy is taking to dry out but like mentioned above, they do like water. If Latouria types are grown too dry they will start out with a little dry tip on the end of a leaf, then it will usually turn black, then get yellow farther down, then it will get crispy, and eventually it will fall off (see pic of my Den. macrophyllum that seems to like even more water than all of my other Latouria types.. oops).
