I finally gave in and bought one myself.
This is the whole plant:
Superficially, it really looks like a Den. hancockii.
The base of the pseudobulbs does show some similarity to Den. kingianum--fusiform, cone-like shape.
Leaves are slightly longer and thicker than typical hancockii.
The flower itself.
It looks very similar to kingianum flower, but a bit larger. But the shape of lip is bit different. Also there are some hairs on the tip of the lip, a trait found in hancockii.
Also, the cane shows branching without any sign of root development--a very hancockii-like trait.
Overall, it is very interesting hybrid. It definitely shows influences from both kingianum and hancockii.
