A wonderful Den spectabile hybrid. I got it to rebloom but its looks different than before - previously it was an uniform, deep magenta. I actually like it better with the differing hues and the visible vein patterning.

The earlier blooms usually manifest slight parental characteristics but as the plant matures and gets accustomed to your environment and get relaxed, this produce a bigger more colorful blooms that it inherited from its parents. You have a happy healthy plant that produced robust canes doubling its size compared to the older canes.
