Dendrobium Mem. Christa Erdmann

D. Memoria Christ Erdmann is a cross of D. farmeri x D. griffithianum. Strange golden beige-pink with orange lip, no fragrance and very short-lived blossoms, as with all from Section Densiflora. Looks great while it lasts.

Here is another shot of the same spike showing paling of the blossoms and they are more open. Somehting I have noticed, the flowers actually wilt a bit in the evenings, then plump right back up in the morning. Never noticed this before.
