I cut up a nobile type cane, and got about 10 or so keikis. They are doing well, still have the growing tip. Do I grow them through the winter or rest them?
Nobiles usually have a rest. If so, you'll notice the growing will stop and, in adult plants, most of the leaves fall.
I would treat them as a normal winter rest, reduce watering and wait for spring.
It will depend on how small they are. They won't bloom that young, so I would continue keeping them warm, watered and fertilized as long as possible, so they are as big as possible before their first dry winter. They may stay in leaf and grow all winter if you can keep them warm enough.
