Pendant dendrobiums? Male
Default

oK, This is not a complete list. I have undoubtedly missed some in my search.
A smaller sized yellow flowered Den that, when mounted on a vertical surface, grows in a suberect to recumbent habit is one that I cannot remember it's name.
The first part are ones that I have kept and they have grown recumbent to pendent for me when mounted on a vertical surface.

The second list is of pendant growing Den.'s I have wanted to obtain but never quite got to getting them.

Pendant Dend.'s

Had:

anosmum*
aphyllum [pierardii]
chrysanthum **
crepidatum
crystallinum * [***]
devonianum **
falconeri ***
findlayanum **
fredericksianum*
gratiosissimum **
lawesii
loddigesii*
parishii **
pendulum*
primulinum [polyanthum]*
polyanthum [primulinum]*
transparens **
victoria-reginae **
--------------------------------
* Ones that I now have growing in the yard
** I would give serious consideration to selling my soul to get another one of these.
*** I would throw my first born into the deal for another one of these.

Coveted:

bensoniae
dixanthum
fairchildae
fimbriatum
griffithianum
hildebraundii
hookerianum
lituiflorum
ochreatum
signatum [hildebraundii]
tortile
wardianum

Most but not all of these are from the Dedrobium section.

You might gather from this list the fact that I have been into the large pendant growing Dendrobiums for quite a while now.
They took up a lot of space when grown in my living room.

How do you attach them? Upright? Straight out? Pendulant?
