Den Laevifolium question

Hi, all
I got this last year in bud. It bloomed ok, then rested for a couple of months. It started growing new leaves a couple of months ago, but has stopped growing now. The leaves are very tiny and are not growing at all. It is in SM, I keep it moist, not wet, it is under the T-5s 10 hours a day. Day temps around 70F and nights around 60F. Humidity is 65 to 75 %. Is getting kelp max and fertilizer every 2 weeks. So, do I need more/less light, higher/lower temps to get it growing again ? Would a repot help and if so is it ok to do that now ? Any opinions appreciated. Thanks
