Dendrobium aberrans is in bloom - and growing upside down? Male
Default Dendrobium aberrans is in bloom - and growing upside down?
My mounted Dendrobium aberrans is flowering. I've read that the blooms can be fragrant, but so far these are not. They look very nice though!

I'm wondering if anyone with experience with this species might know what's going on in the last photo. A week ago I saw a green tip poking out from underneath the sphagnum and was glad to see that the roots were growing well. But then, as I observed it over the coming days, I realized that it was actually a leaf! Should I unmount it to set it free or just see what happens?
