Dendrobium Nobile Frosty Dawn, What is going on with this plant, Pics included

I have one of these and I struggled with it at first bc I didn't know what it wanted. I eventually learned that is likes consistent watering and fertilizing and bright light. I have mine in small bark in a south facing window, I soak it once a week, and it's thriving now when it blooms, the blooms last forever. I also noticed that right after the flowers faded, another older came has another bud coming, which unfortunately, at least for me, takes forever.
