Ooh, I'm so jealous! I hope mine looks (and smells) as nice as yours. What a great-looking unicum! - Lynn

P.S. - I like seeing your pictures!

An update on mine... shouldn't be more than a couple of weeks before some of them start opening, while the others on the larger cane are quite some time away...

Peach jello? Maybe that's why the tabby attacked it!

Here is an update on mine... should have some flowers open soon!! The leafless cane's flowers are much further developed than the taller cane that kept its leaves.

A note on the fragrance... I thought I was losing my mind, but the other day I thought I detected a scent, even though no flowers were yet open. Today, while I was taking these photos, I investigated further... I certainly detect a fruity scent - but its not coming from the flowers... it appears to be coming from the cane that still has its leaves. It is quite faint - you have to stick your nose right up to it to smell it, but it is definitely there - coming from the leaves??? not the flowers??? Has anyone else experienced this?

Gwen, how is your baby coming along? Have all of your flowers opened?! How long to they last?
