Latourias in bloom.

Hi,

here are my two Dens from the Latouria group: Den. forbesii and Oxystophyllum (Dendrobium) atropurpureum. There's no scent I can detect on either one of them, so I can only enjoy the bloom .

Hi Joseia, this den section is variable in sizes, but overall they tend to be on the taller side: the atropurpureum could be considered a miniature, while the forbesii is three times larger than that (my tallest pseudobulb is over a foot). I think they're worth trying; the flowers are beautiful and long lasting, the plants don't really need a winter rest and can surprise you with a spike at any time of the year.
