Default How to train new D Nobile canes?

Hi again,

What is the correct way of training new growth?

Should I stake the new canes towards the centre and force the old canes out or vice versa?

Another question, hopefully I got this wrong, I thought I read that Nobiles flower on the old canes. The thing is I bought my plant with three canes all in flower?

Does this mean no flowers this year until next year when the 8 new canes are 8 old canes?

Thank you in advance.
