I've ordered a Dendrobium Pseudostriatellum, but I've found few informations about it and no pictures at all.
If I understood well, it's a new dendrobium (2008) and it's from Borneo and Malaysia, where it lives in tropical rainforests. That's all I found.
Do you have more informations about it?
Perhaps someone has read an article about this new dendrobium.

Sorry, I looked in OrchidWiz. It shows up there. It is a species (no capital P) but not one bit of info. So you must mean it was recently discovered as a new species. Hopefully someone can help. Can the vendor who you bought it from help?

you're right.
It has been discovered (or registered)in 2008, so it's quite new.
I asked the vendor for a picture of the flower and I'm waiting for its answer but I was wondering if there is an article around about it.
It shoud be, because if it has been recently discovered the person who found it should have write something, I guess.
I'm very curious.

I Googled a bit too but couldn't find anything other than confirmation of its name. Strange.

The best I could find is that it was published as a species nova in the January-February 2008 issue of Orchid Review, the bulletin of the Royal Horticultural Society (United Kingdom), volume 116, page 23:
Four new species of Dendrobium from Borneo - Dendrobium deflexilobum, D. jarmirusii, D. jiewhoei & D. pseudostriatellum JEFFREY J WOOD

See whether a university or botanical garden near you has a copy. It may also be available from the RHS.

Try and find out about the climate information where the plant grows. For almost every country there now is fairly detailed information available. Some rain forests are warm, some intermediate, and some cold; some are only rain forests part of the year, and somewhat drier at other times.

Thanks estacion seca! I'll try to find this publication. I've found some infos about the culture ( tropical rainforest, sabah area, dry winter rest, hot growing epiphite) I've still have doubts about the light because I don't know if it grows in full sun or shade but I hope that reading that article will help!
