Default Dendrobium nobiles ..keiki crazy

I have this Den i got this year and it has many keikis with roots sprouting all over , would this be a good time to seperate and create a few new pots or let it go till next spring and hope for a good show of blooms .

Those look ready to separate, however I prefer to separate them early spring. I've sometimes had them stall for 18 months or so if I've separated them at this time of year, but never had the problem with separating them in the spring.

I grow all my dens in the basement under lights , year round but have never had the chance to remove so many keikis before .

Mine gave me one keiki only once...the cleaning lady let it fall while cleaning, and throw it away.
