Dendrobium Spectabile not growing

If the tallest cane is only 11 inches and it is taller than the previous canes, then it has probably stopped because it won't get any taller.

I can't remember how tall mine was when it bloomed the first time but I think it was taller than that. Currently mine has also stopped growing and getting ready to bloom.

Good news. I placed my dend outdoor during these days, I started using ferilizer and yesterday I've found a surprise: two new roots from the newest cane are emerging! I'm so happy. thank you for your advices!
