I've got a D.Peguanum and a D.Delacourii as young plants (J2 and J1).
Should I give them the winter dry rest even if they are so young or should I keep them warm, reducing water without stopping at all?

Until dens have mature canes they should be treated as babies, so if they are still young plants I would not dry them out.

I agree with wintergirl - I'd keep them nice and moist, never soggy though.
