Default Dendrobium palpebrae

This plant bloomed in March and is blooming again. This time there is only one spike of flowers. In March, there were three. The flowers are short lived--one week at the most. The plant is growing in a 6-inch basket with Kiwi bark as the media. The plant is hung outside under 50% shade.

I'm a small backyard grower in a residential area overlooking Pearl Harbor. I barely have enough yard space to keep my orchids happy. Most of the photographs that I post on this Board are of plants that I raised and bloomed. My best friends are orchid people.
