Mine has a couple of tiny new growths, too. You need a magnifier to see them, but they're there

I only have one new growth and now it is getting some black spots on them. I think my fungal infection hit them a bit. I just got my stuff from Rays and I will get after them since Christmas is over. Then I will get a picture.

I think might need more light to bloom. The first picture is when I first got the plant, the other is now after regrowing leaves. The leaves on the first picture are more red, so I'm increasing the light.

Is the potting media new? They like fresh media and do not mind repotting. Also I keep water off leaves, I never let them get wet. I usually water once a day but if the media is still pretty moist I will skip a day. My pot is a plastic food dish with air holes in the sides. The media is just lightly covering all the roots.

Yes I re-potted it after it bloomed. I just put it back into the pot it was in. I had my new orchids in my spare bed room which is now becoming a new orchid room. Any who I had an orchid that I guess had a fungus that spread to a few others. I am now thinking it may be on this one as well. I had a copper fungus spray I have sprayed about 3 times but I got something new from First Ray's and some more inocucor I am going to start them back on.

Yours looks good with the 3 growths.

Well I finally got some new pictures. I also re-potted it just the other day and I decided to use seedling mix with added spagh. I am thinking it need more air but the roots looked good I didn't cut a thing off. Then in about 2 days I noticed something coming out of an old bulb. I think, I think it may be a bud. Hooray!!!!!!

Looking good, Shannon!

I posted a previous photo of my plant to this thread on December 20 2015. Here it is today. It sure grows slowly compared to all my other Dendrobiums.

Well it's nice to know it's not just mine that is growing slowly. What is yours potted in? I had mine in straight spagh but I was afraid it was staying a bit to wet for to long. Now I'll probably let it dry out to much. I'm jealous of your 3 new growths. I was hoping mine would have more than one, but I guess I should be glad it is not dead and that it may be going to bloom. I am still keeping my fingers crossed that it will and the other psb will bud up.

Mine is in sphagnum. I'm going to repot when these growths mature. I touch it every day or two and water when the top is mostly dry. The moss is still damp below. This is about every 4-5 days. I use a spray bottle and spray the moss, not the leaves, per wintergirl's suggestion. I fertilize once a month or so with MSU in rain water, about 20 ppm nitrogen or 1/8 tsp / 0.6ml powder per gallon / 3.78 liters.

Ok here is mine. I now have 5 leads. Not sure if or when I will have blooms, but it seems to be doing well.
