Yes it is.
It's not only the flowers, I actually bought it because of those hairy pseudobulbs.

Genus is now Dendrobium btw.

I always wonder why the plant developed those hairs.
I guess it's against insects crawling towards the leafs.

The month of August seems to be the blooming season for my Inobulblon. This is August 2017. The plant is growing in Kiwi bark and hung in a 10-inch plastic basket.
