I bought this in bud at Island Orchids and now it's blooming. It had four nubbins sprout buds, 2 nubs on one cane produced 3 flowers each. On another cane, one nubbin produced one flower and the other has really grown into anything. Maybe it will turn into a keiki or dry out?

Dang, I think the nubbin dried out but the other one pulled thru and will become a flower

Default 80mm Dia Dendrobium Flower Den Teresa Doran.
Dendrobium Teresa Doran (Den Carol Doran x Den bigibbum) has just burst in to flower with the first of some 12 flowers on one spike being 80mm or 3 inches in diameter.
Last year the flowers were only around 60mm . it shows the value in having the right conditions. This plant now grows in my hot room where the night temps get no lower than 14 degrees c.
