I know that this is an unimpressive speciemen but it's the first time blooming for me. I got this in the Fall of 2013 in a 2" pot. Last spring it had buds so I watered it and the next day the buds blasted. That was on the short stem on the left. I'm very pleased with the dark flower color. This is H&R 21619. This year I ordered the 22155. It'll be interesting to see the color difference. I have an alba which doesn't have buds yet. I'm not sure what's up with that. I have two D. Nestor with buds (Den. anosmum x parishii) Can you have too many of these?
