Dendrobium anosmum 'A Touch of Class'
It is the beginning of the honohono (Den. anosmum) season in Hawaii. 'A Touch of Class' is a popular variety that many orchid growers in Hawaii have in their collection. Well grown plants can throw stems full of splashed petal flowers more than 3 feet long. The flowers are fragrant.

Aloha Mel, My honohonos are blooming now also. I don't get many flowers but sure do enjoy their fragrance. Looking forward to your visit to Kona Orchid Society next month!

When I first saw the picture, I could've sworn it was a great painting. Great flowers anywho! Makes me want to get one too... I'll delve into Dendrobiums once I get Neo's and Catt's down!
