I see this is primary hybrid of moniliforme x tosaense - I have no experience with either of these species - hopefully some others can help.

How many leaves have dropped? Are leaves dropping from all canes, or just one or two?

Did they drop or just turn yellow so far?

I know Dendrobium Ise don't need a winter's rest and don't normally loose all their leaves. I have been babysitting a Dendrobium Phal that has had yellow leaves at times. The first time the media was bad and needed repotting and it snapped out of it. The second time it did it for no reason I can find right now. The roots are good, ect. I think they are a little touchy, too wet or too dry, change in environment, ect can cause this. I think they can snap out of it pretty easily. Maybe post a picture and someone else can help....
