Latouria Dendrobium Care Male
Default Latouria Dendrobium Care

I recently acquired a Dendrobium Atroviolaceum x Polysema. I've read up on the culture of these types online but I was wondering if anyone has had firsthand success with them and your methods of growing. The plant I have is spiking now, with the buds on one pseudobulb almost ready to open and the other two p-bulbs are in very low spike. It has six or seven pseudobulbs but only three or four of them are full sized.

Thanks for the help!

Check out the care listed for Andy's site. He has a few of the Latouria Dendrobiums.

I grew them just like any other tropical dendrobiums and they did just fine.

Media should be kept lightly moist. Moderately bright light.
