Dendrobium Minnie (johannis x carronii)
Dendrobium Minnie (johannis x carronii) - Very cute cross that was given to me as a gift, small Dendrobium plant, the color of the blooms is really amazing. Love these antelope type Dendrobiums! I grow this one the same way like my canaliculatum, mounted, bright light, regular watering and fertilizing, no winter rest.

:-) Beth, I did actually downsize drastically in past half a year, keeping now only micro, mini and small plants, and maybe some 5 large ones, but with very bad winter we have I just can't keep up with packing and protecting at the balcony anymore :-( And this week again, low 50 till Friday, than Saturday and Sunday and Monday 40F!!! Unreal for South Florida!

Very nice!
Sorry to hear about your weather. I think everyone is sick of winter, especially those of us who really want to see the last of the ice and show.
I added Honolulu's weather to my phone...wishful thinking. :|

Many thanks, yeah, this is the craziest winter I do remember living here 13 years, never ever we started this cold in November and we have it pretty much ever since, with getting much worse now :-(

It's spectacular! I love the antelope flower shape and the colors.
You, Southerners stop talking about the winter , it's been -4F here in Montreal four weeks straight now ...

ula, the issue we have is the fact nearly ALL of us grow orchids OUTSIDE year round, so these cold fronts are big issues for us. Unfortunately we do not have all greenhouses or shade houses to cover and run sprinklers :-(
