Wow, that's a lot of spike and buds! I got one in September from Hausemanns and it is spiking now also, but not nearly as many as yours!

I got mine a year and a half ago - it gave me only 3 or 4 bloom stalks last year (each with 2 or 3 flowers) this year, I got it under higher light and I think I count 11 stalks. They aren't as far along as the one in this post, though. Will share when it gets closer to blooming. My advice is more light! I fertilize weakly, weekly, but that's pretty standard.

It just takes time. Mine came with many canes.
Each cane can make up to 3 or perhaps more spikes at a time. Then old canes can spike again and again.
So with time, you will get more and more canes, and this translates into more spikes.

These plants are quite floriferous, but individual plants may vary in their flowering performance. All in the gene.
Also, orchids and plants in general, bloom the best with the maximum possible light that each genera or species can take. So grow them under high light. just do not burn them.
