Dendrobium Hibiki (bracteosum x laevifolium) - how do you grow it?

Hello everyone
First of all, sorry for my poor english.

Two week ago I bought a Den Hibiki.
It was in a small plastic pot with sphagnum moss.
As I am not so confidend with moss, I removed the sphagnum, wrap the roots in a piece of hygrolon (like I do with masdevallia) and placed it in a terracotta pot.
I keep the hygrolon heavenly moist.

How do your think about this kind of colture?
How do you grow your hibiki?
